Copy from the Newspaper:
“I was asked what my platform was and I had to think about it for a long time,” Sidell said.“I said it was ‘honesty,’ that’s it.”

He said a group of people that have supported him over the years for commissioner and council and it’s probably that same group. There were Democrats in that group too, because over the years, it’s been a similar number of votes.

“It’s not because I put up out a lot of signs because I didn’t,”

This guy has sat on these boards for years and made no contribution to them at all. You talk about your dumb voters try this one on for size.

I like to stay out of the light. I just do nothing and that way I can't get blamed for anything. I been doing it for years. When anything controversial comes up I just vote NO. That is safer. "Can't blame me I voted NO." I have never put forth any ideas to make Fayette County any better. You let me do this for 4 mores years. Get a little money and the insurance, can't beat it. Thanks voters hahahaha

The guys hang out at Wendy's and my office, Rick Isaacs and Gary Breitenbach. I get these dummies to do my dirty work.

Russ is about the most worthless person I've ever seen. How he keeps getting elected is beyond me. The republicans keep supporting him just because he's a republican. They should be embarassed to be keeping him in office.

What's your platform Russ? Don't know what that means. I will be "honest" with you I will sit there like a bump on a log and not steal any money. Would he be considered a ghost employee? There in body but no mind engaged.

You people should be ashamed of yourselves talking about Russ this way. He has worked hard for the taxpayers and Rick Isaacs.

He attends ONLY the meetings that are televised. He and Rick hang out at his store all day. When he worked for the county, Rick logged more hours at Russ' store than he did "working".
