umm.... I was just pointing out that your earlier post (the one I replied to) was not logical nor was it demonstrating an equitable comparison. No, I haven't "been on the truck with him".
And my point was...that he is professional while on the job...he may very well be obnoxious and foul mouthed otherwise...but the person making the comment about his language was using bad language himself...just pointing out the hypocrisy.

My oh my you are slow. Your post that I replied to was attempting to compare someone on Topix using foul language to someone doing their JOB using foul language. That was not an equitable comparison. There was no hypocrisy. I see that you are all over this board spouting your opinions. Just try to make them smart opinions. End of.

They have sanitizer towels for the carts for safety. May walmart get the bicycle flags on sticks, then attach to all gun toting insecure people as they enter like when they tag items you would return.
If I need something, i am going to go elsewhere until walmart addresses this issue. Maybe we need a lawyer to bring this to court as to whether Walmart needs a safety policy.

I was not calling you a hypocrit...I was referring to the other poster...I understood what you were saying and I agree that their is a difference. But my point is...don't use bad a language while complaining about someone using bad language. Think you are a bit slow understanding at well...but don't consider that a slam against your obvious superior intelligence (sarcasm intended)

They have one, if you look they used to have a posting about weapons not being allowed at the old store. No need for a lawyer, won't get you far if you were not in the store at the time of the incident. The store could, if so desired, file charges on the man who discharged the weapon. They didn't so it is a moot point. Boycott Wal-Mart but understand it won't impact them on iota. This company is so large that even a person being trampled to death on black friday didn't cause them any noticible loss of income.

Because wal-mart was technically the plaintiff and they chose not to press charges!

That parking lot is big enough, you just can't stand having to waddle more than a few spaces to the door. haha

Well, the fact of the matter is no one should be exzempt from the gun laws, look what happened to plaxico burress, shot himself and got 2 yrs.in the pen,do you realize there are no detection devices at our Courthouse, post office,or most buildings that we enter on a daily basis?,If we all knew who are carring guns, legally,or illegaly you would never leave you home's.I'm just glad no one was killed or hurt,as far as charges, that was up to Wally World, and Councellor, they are already up to their butts in hot water over the dani the deer bs,I do agree stores need detection devices, hell they go off when you buy an item and they don't de magnitize it,and they just wave you on.

Truth is he was having a argument with his wife and pulled his gun and it went off. His wife took him out before cops came. Move on!
