Wow just tried to take the survey on the walmart receipt and what a joke all they wantd to know was it you were black/white/hispanic/, what your income was had nothing to do with what you wanted to talk about!!
We went there at 3:30 this evening to get our usual staples and once again all the managers were standing around leaning on items in the middle of the isles on their cell phones more than one of them.
Then you get to the check out lane and again there are only 4 open with lines in the middle of the isles in the cashier you got is having a conversation with the two people in front of you for 20 minutes in your waiting there patiently then she gets to you and tells the manager walking by her register that she has not had her last break i said what are you talking about you just carried on a 20 minute converstion with 2 peple and held everyone else up trying to get there errands ran and home to spend time with there family!!
Your managers are supose to make sure there people are taking care of the #1 priority THE CUSTOMER not on their phone. It really shows that the customers that keep that place running really dont GIVE A SHIT !!!!!

On occasion I hire a helper, over the last five or six years every helper comes with the cell phone. Every time I walk away they are on the cell and not for just a second but for long conversations. You ask them to turn the cell off while working and they refuse, saying they really need to have it on for one reason or another. I decided I could do without help and just do the work myself, problem solved.

I haven't been in Walmart for over two months. I'm still living better and most of all, I'm still saving money.

Ya don't need the stress, pal. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

My problem with the new store is that i can't find anything. What bothers me more is that none of the employees seem to know where anything is either. I don't know what happened but i really miss the old Walmart.

The only improvement I have found is the Drive thru Pharmacy,it's the only reason I still go there, the old store was much closer to me and had much more to offer.I have noticed a reduced toy and mens departments also.I have it on good authority that after the first of the year if things don't pick up,it will no longer be a 24 hour store.

Every thread I read, I see "the old walmart had it" what exactly did the old walmart have that the new one does not except, leaks, mice and mold??? as far as employee's on cell phones, did you ever stop to think that maybe they are communicating with each other from across the store (it is bigger) maybe someone was stealing (because they can't be honest and buy it like the rest of us) or maybe they keep notes on their cell phones or pda's (we do at our store . Koles) are employees expected to work all day with no breaks from all you nasty people ? customers are those who reserve the right to be calld so... not the theives, not the cabby people who use 400.00 worth of food stamps and then complain because it takes so long to get checked out. you are a customer... not God. A person is entitled to a break regardless of who you think you are. btw... when we opened our store, it took 18 months to get our shelves filled and for people to get over themselves so blow it out your arse whinners!!!!

I have it on good authority that employees on the clock at Walmart are NOT to be on their cellphones. So far, I have always got prompt assistance when I needed it, never seen any of 'em on a cellphone, there are always short lines at the checkout, an' if you're in that big o' hurry, they got them new fangled 'self checkout' counters. One of the really purdy ladies,(Shannon, I think her name was) even helped me figger it out.

'course, that was a couple months ago. Ain't been back for nuthin' lately.

I too love the Oxford Walmart. It is always clean and well stocked. Managers are always present and helping the customer. There is only one manager that I see that tends to do nothing but he is the only one I know of. Connersville walmart I think is small and then Richmond walmart is just too well bright. I stay with Oxford for most of my walmarting but somtime you just have to settle.
