I have to say from my experience he could do better. If he was all that your wife would have hired him. And either way you are going to keep paying her bills so just sign the papers and get it over with.

I would say that he is ok but could be better. I say this cause if he were a real good lawyer then your wife would have already put a retainer down to him. Either way you go, you will end up paying her bills anyhow so bite the bullet and spend the money for a GOOD lawyer.

Absolutely the best local barrister when the subject is divorce proceedings.

I have been involved with Mr. Alexander on BOTH sides of such cases and I can assure you that your money will be well-spent.

John Alexander is a wonderful man. He cares about what he does and is very efficient. If someone has a problem with him, it because he probably stuck it to their dumbass. And who ever put he is expensive, he does not work for free just as we don't work for free. He is well worth the money and has helped me more than the words "thank you" can explain.

Alexander is a good lawyer, but Nicole Fraley is every bit as good and offers lower rates. You wouldn't go wrong either way.

I hear he's a good attorney to hire for a divorce, but about the most expensive around. Don't know about Nicole Fraley. She is the one that hosed the county for over $220,000 for a pauper attorney fee, along with her mother and husband. Doesn't make me trust her.

I disagree. I watched the county council meetings about that fee. The judge gave a speech, the council moaned, but in the end no one made any accusation of wrongdoing and the fee was paid. All Nicole and her partners did was send a simple letter. The council paid immediately! Any lawyer who can make the county council jump with no more than a letter -- that's the lawyer I want.

Maybe the court was trying to sweep a truth under the table. And what better way to do that than a court appointed attorney. Plus we all in the law make money in the process, no matter how the fees are paid. Just a thought.

john is a good attorney. if you see him walking down the street with his hands in his pockets, its because his office is only a block away from the courthouse jack ass.
