Since there have been some stories here on TOXIC FORUMS as of late, why not share your experiences with the public, good or bad, positive or negative?

Please share experiences you have had personally, not hearsay. It would be interesting to see how peoples experiences stack up!

Trader Vic,
We have spoken in an earlier post. I was wondering who the Mitchell family is that you were referring to in that earlier post? Also, if there is anything that you can do to draw attention towards the public in Connersville about this forum? Also, did you know that the Mayor is gonna have a live call-in show on Ch. 3 on Thursday at 7 p.m until 8 p.m.? It's supposed to be a monthly thing. We'll see how long it will last after he starts getting ALOT of complaints.

I can probabbly speak for many law abiding citizens by saying i have very little interaction with the police. i got a ticket once, many years ago. big whoop. I know one cop a little personally. seems ok to me.

I'll bet the law breakers will have some beefs though. They alsways do

That was a good one. Gag order hahahahha. Knowing what's been said about Big Chief "I'm the Man Now!!" I doubt that he could make anyone "GAG" except to wake up next to him! I think his fellow officers call him White Castle, cause there is more meat on a White Castle then Chief "I'm the Man Now!!" packs around!

Hey Robertxx
No I haven't heard of him and I really appreciate your support in this matter. We need to let the public in Connersville know about some officers in the C.P.D.

I know myself that there are many great officers on CPD. Oh, let's see, you've never worked anywhere that didn't have one or two bad apples, oh, yeah, you sound like you're a great one to talk about people.

Not just the law breakers...How about the victems. The police don't help! They just smile and pacify the person. I have NO faith in the police here. Sad to say...I used to.

I have had run-ins with the police in Connersville in my youth! Of course I was no angel, nor was I a "bad apple". I was merely a typical teenager, doing typical teenager stuff, for what there was to do there at that time! I was pulled over by an officer while coming down 8th street hill, and he was setting on Lincoln Ave. I seen him look at me, and instantly knew he was gonna get me! I had previously had an accident a couple of days before, where, I pulled out of a parking spot on Central Ave. and a S.U.V. turned right on red as I was pulling out! Low and behold, it was an officers wife! The accident wasnt my fault, and I was told to take my car home and not get back out, but being a teen, I wanted to go out! Well, later on in the week, I had went out, and the officer setting on Lincoln Ave. saw me and pulled me over! I was told by this officer that the previous cop from the accident told him to get me if he seen me for personal reasons, and on heresay! Not only that, but the cops who's wife had ran into me on Central threatened to kick my ass for the accident which wasnt my fault! Then the cop that pulled me over that night illegally searched my car and of course found my bag, and then he and the other officers on scene went over to the sidewalk and proceeded to divy up the "bag" amongst themselves! Also, Connersville cops have been known to beat people up in the past! I have also partied with an officer as a teen, and was asked to buy pot for this person, and he knew I knew who he was! Needless to say, the charges were dropped from the illegal search and seisure, and the officer was transferred out of state! So anyone who thinks that the sun rises and sets in these cops asses needs to do a little research and learn a little bit about the people that are "supposed" to be there to "serve and protect" them! Also, when did cops stop being "peace officers", and become combat personnel! I thought it was illegal to use the armed forces against your own people! Im just saying! And also, when is Connersville gonna quit being ran by the churches?!

I have read some post on Facebook by Ryan Richardson(a captain on th CPD) that was very unprofessional talking about another police officer(a reserve that was doing his job for no pay) because he wants so badly to became a Police Officer & at this point I'm starting to wonder why anyway he was degrading not only the officer but the whole Dept I think he should at the very least get a good tonuge lashing if not more Really who does he think he is If I posted all the crap I know on him WOW He needs to post some comments about his own brother another one of CPD finest

I think if you are a good police officer on the CPD no one ever notices due to the piles of trash that cover up the good ones. Seems to me that the ones that do the job, and want to do good, they are frowned upon by the administration and the other guys due to the shame the higher ups might feel. Overhearing a comment in a public restaurant of one of the officers and how upset he was over seniority, and being crapped on, and blah, blah, blah. I thought, hmm so we go to get help from the police and they can't even be civil to their own kind? I have always heard there was a lot of mis trust and hate for one another at the CPD, wow! I would have thought since the deputy chief is an ordained minister, he would have brought peace and order to the picture. Of course ultimately the Chief is the one calling the shots. The Chief is not a very good PR person from what is said on the street. He wants it HIS way or you are not worthy of his time. Again, was this person once upon a time "on the line"? working the road under other administrations? And if I recall, the last administration wasn't liked, and it isn't the same Chief. As a concerned citizen, I sincerely hope that what is being said about our police dept, and the administration is false, if it true then shame on you. People of this community expect and deserve better. As for the Chief and the deputy Chief, remember where you came from, how you got there, and who really has your backs.... if anyone does at all. Some people kiss ass, and stab later, but then with all your knowledge you already know that, how do you think you got the position you have?
