What about the people that are on a fixed income? The people only make about $800.00 a month and don't believe in government hand outs and they pay for their own property taxes, heating fuel, and they pay for their own food (no food stamps). They just barely get by now and you want them to pay for garbage pick up. We have enough mandates we need more freedom and choices. It should be a choice not a demand on people to get garbage pick up. We recycle up here in the mountains and people litter up here on the main road. Why should we suffer financially? Environmentalists need to clean up there own road and quit complaining about garbage pick up. Also, they should worry about their neighbors just making ends meet and quit trying to control other people.
