Connell thinks that they are and always have been the best! The honest truth is that they are not! The last time they took a state championship was in 2002! After they moved down form 2A to 1A they thought that it was going to be cake! Connell went to the state championship last year and this year and lost them both! Meridian and Royal City both stuck it to the Eagles! Looks like the Eagles do well until it matters! Stop thinking you are perfect, beacuse you're not! You couldn't hack it in the 2A and you are doing nothing in the 1A so give it up!
