Avon Lake municipal court judge asks to be full time, wants to shorten time for cases to be heard

Judge uses his court room and power to persuade court cases without even hearing both sides. Judge should not be voicing his personal option about a defendants he doesn't know especially when he on refuses to hear both sides of case and draws his conclusion from one party,
