Avon Lake Municipal Court Judge Darrel Bilancini said the court has been part time since 1957, and he thinks it's time to make it a five-day-a-week operation.

Judge uses his court room and power to persuade court cases without even hearing both sides. Judge should not be voicing his personal option about a defendants he doesn't know especially when he on refuses to hear both sides of case and draws his conclusion from one party,
