open the EAST WALL ....& then things would flow again from the West wall[ gap] thru to EAST wall AND, SINCE YOU ARE NOT TAKING ON ANY MORE ORE BOATS THE HARBOR COULD BE DRAINED [ OF SAND] MUCH LESS OFTEN IF AT ALL .once allthat sand and stuff in the GAP harboring area is removed and wall [East] opened.The whole area WILL SELF MOVE SAND !!!
