I feel that $15 is much too expensive for financially strapped families. This puts parents in a very difficult position when trying to deal with their peer-pressured teenagers. The discounts available are meager, give us a break!$8 would be more like it.I also feel that the families of younger children who are the backbone of the pumpkinfest wil not be likely to be a market for a teenage scarefest. What are you thinking?

What a waste of $15. Not to mention the gas it took to drive an hour from my house. As much publicity as local radio stations are giving this, I expected a lot more.

Waste of $15 and gas it took to drive there. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Star 104 should feel guilty advertising this and causing people to throw their money away.

I was skeptical. I thought it was waaaay too much for a silly old haunted house. Afterall, CLP hotel has had these before. For like five bucks! It was very good though. My kids had a blast. The lines were all the way to and down Rt. 18. Someone must be liking it. I saw people from Franklin, Erie and Youngstown there. I still think they could have done it a bit cheaper and make it easier on families to make a family outing of it. Ten bucks maybe? For us, it was $55 to go. But then again, we'd spend that on dinner or even a movie and popcorn. Six of one - half dozen of another I guess.

we actually went and spent the 15 bucks...what a waste of time.....number 1, waiting in line opened my eyes to the amount of trash that had 15 bucks to waste..number 2, the "haunted house" was a joke...we ended up quitting half way through and went to the bar and drank.....

this is the worse haunted has for the price that ive ever been too. dont get me wrong it has potential but they are to money hungry!!! they need to slow down the groups going thru because what happens they want to get so many thru as fast for more money it ends up being a line walking thru so you see the props coming up before you get to em as they scare the person right in front of you. and that takes away from any fright!!!!

We went last week. It really wasn't worth the money, but it was a good time. We went as a big group. The lines were very long, and it did take away the fright factor a little bit. But the mazes were fun. They should cut the price though.

Anyone who said it sucked obviously has no taste. GIVE IT A BREAK! It was the first year. I went through it and worked there (which has no effect on my opinion). I do agree that some of the lines were too long and some of the ppl there were seen before you got to them, but they were ppl and teenagers from the local area. Plz, lighten up on the heavy criticism!

I bet your not their core customer they have in mind if you headed to the bar after and paid another $40-50 sitting in a room killing your liver(thats fun) then driving home putting us all at risk.(even more fun) What ya think?

Read all your comments. But my fiancÚ and I are still going up this weekend - 90 min. Drive from the Burgh :). I am not expecting Disney. We love CL and want to give the people there our support and bring life back to the 'ol girl. But truly, I think it is just fun seeing what everyone else does for their Haunted House..... Love a good laugh and maybe a scare or 2....BOOooooo, lol. Happy Halloweeeeeeen 

Post Haunted Tour comments: Honestly...WHAT FUN!!!! It was great! They had 7 old near dilapedated (sp?) houses to go through totaling around 200 conneauters within Spooking the people walking through them. The tour took over an hour, so it was a great way to spend the evening. Would go again. Critics shouldn't go. People who want a fun scare should...

My family and I went last year. There were i believe seven attractions. The local residents obviously put in a lot of time and effort to build and operate their attractions all to raise money to keep this venerable and well loved local amusement park open. Many of the comments complain about the cost. This event is a fund raiser for the park. I guess that some people have to accept the fact that not all events can be attended by everyone. Additionally, i laughed my way through the buildings, but I was thoroughly entertained and my daughter screamed while in the buildings and talked animatedly while on her way to the next venue. I am looking forward to going this weekend, even in the rain.
