For one Tom Ridge hand picked him after Tracey Seifert had her problems with Frosty Crane and her Y2K state bought generators, two Evans was in favor of that nice, fat pay raise for himself, three he was all in favor of the tire plant, not sure where he is on it now that it may be located close to his district.
