I am so happy that our cops are planting seeds of good citizenship for disadvantaged children, because so many lawbreakers seem to com from these poor homes. These guys are really going above and beyond every day, putting their lives on the line for us, and now giving precious holiday time to these youngsters. Thank-you a million times!

Because donations are down this year, there are a lot of kids who won't get much for Christmas. ANYONE can help out. They have kids' names at Comedy Club and you can call the Salvation Army for information about groups that accept toys for kids. Even $5 can help, and there's hardly anybody who can't spring $5. It's sad to think of kids not getting a THING for Christmas. Christmas is really FOR kids and about kids. The real joy of Christmas is giving, not receiving -- giving makes you FEEL good.

Wow, REALLY Becky (id10t)? I mean, here I thought that EVERY kid had a Christmas (Muslims), and the joy of Christmas was in getting stuff (bling). You've really caused me to ponder (your sanity).

Thanks again for another insightful (into your ego) post!

If i feel compelled to share with the needy i definitely will not have my gifts brokered through a plump self righteous preacher or a greedy social organization at a 50% brokerage rate.

I'm thankful for Christmas, and to know such dear people who are good-hearted, kind and generous. I LOVE people like that.
