How does "aggressive driving" differ from "speeding?" Seriously ... want to know.

I'm guessing that "speeders" simply are driving at 70 mph on a casual, straight path while the "aggressive" ones are not only speeding, but weaving in and out of lanes without using turn signals, tailgating, etc.

Lets talk about these drivers....Have you ever felt like just getting outof your car and just looking at the person behind you at a red light and just say" Do not rush me"....I have plently of time when I am driving...Here you are at a red light..the light just turns green and the car behind you is already beeping the horn for you to go because they are in a hurry.."Hey-Give a person a chance to put the foot on the gas petal"..
..........
The worst thing about driving in Erie is the areas of East 38th Street and East 12th Street...They think this is a race track or something....

DUI subspects should be fined lots of money, like $5thousind. Peoples who do something wrong (sereeus stuff) should be maid to pay very big fines to gennerate monie for local govenment and schools. They might not drink and drive agin, and schools would have mor money. I don't drink alkohole.
