I am very sorry to hear this.
Did he attend SUNY Brockport? I think he was in my Russian class. I always looked forward to working in groups with him. He always had a lot to contribute and created positive dynamics within the class.
To all his friends and family and I very sorry for your loss.

He was an amazing person, and it amazes me how people can run their mouth just to try and get attention from someone elses loss. That's okay because he wouldn't have looked at you any differently even though you are trash. I hope you feel happy that you got 2 mins of my time. Rest In Peace Ryan, We Love You & You Will Be Missed Forever!

David Koresh ur an idiot. Such a useless thread yet you click on it and feel the need to leave such a heartless comment, a comment, I might add, that u would never have the nuts to say to anyones face.People like u dont matter in life, I know I'm not the first or the last person to think that it's too bad it couldn't have been somebody like u instead of him..... Maybe in ur next life you should have a soul or a brain OR u could just F ur self. RYAN WAS AN AWESOME PERSON AND EVERYONE WHO KNEW HIM AND HAD HIM IN THEIR LIVES WAS REALLY, TRULY BLESSED.

David Koresh, you have no right saying anything so rude or obnoxious to or about anyone. I am a friend of the family and that was rediculous, it's quite obvious that you have anger problems to get upset about someone who more than likely has a hell of a lot more friends and family that care about him. He made a mistake, I bet you that you have too i know for a fact that in my 17 years of life ive made some pretty dumb mistakes. RYAN WAS AN AMAZING PERSON AND EVEN THOUGH I HAD ONLY MET HIM A FEW TIMES, HE HAS LEFT A HUGE IMPACT ON MY LIFE. HE WAS A TRULY GOOD GUY. so please if you dont have anything nice to say don't say it at all. We learned that in pre school

I know the mother of this kid who passed away and I can say that she is a super nice person who did not deserve to go through this ordeal and suffer the pain that this loss has caused her. However, the story I heard is that Ryan and his friends had just come from a party and was driving drunk. He was not wearing a seatbelt, and if this is all true...then maybe you people should stop defending Ryan and start promoting Parents against Drunk Driving. What a shame it was for Ryan to have to die from drunk driving, and thankfully he did not take the life of anyone else (if he was drunk). The true moral of the story is don't drive drunk and wear your seatbelt, and everyone mourning this tragic accident is forgetting that important message. If people don't start listening to the truth, then it could be YOUR kid that's next. Take a stand against drunk driving and teach your kids the fatal ending that could result from it. I'm sure Ryan was a good human being, but his selfishness left a mother, a father, brothers, and many other family members and friends heartbroken and lost. I hope Ryan knew the Lord before his passing.

the only problem i had with davids comment was calling a dead kid names, we all make bad choices through out our lives and i dont know how much more preaching we all can do about drunk driving, its a huge problem and so many kids have died in the dansville and wayland area and it still happens, it was a waste for ryan do die like he did and all three guys could have died, but lets not bash his memory or say he wasnt worth the time it took to type a comment.

I did not see the post that David wrote and I am sure it was insulting as his usual comments are. And yes, we all make bad choices, but that should NOT be used as an excuse for this behavior. It's a good thing that our judicial system doesn't allow a judge to look at rapist, murderers, child molesters, and other hidious people and say, "It's okay, because we all make mistakes." And don't say that drunk driving isn't equivalent to the above mentioned crimes, because drunk drivers are murderers.

David Koresh, I hope no one finds out your true identity. I thinks there might be people out there who would like to cause you serious bodily harm.

To: Take a Stand.......... this truly isn't the time for your hypocritical comments. If you do know Ryan's Mom like you say you do, then you would have the decency to keep your opinions to yourself instead of comparing him to murderers. On top of that, before you continue with your nonsense, make sure you have the FACTS of how and why the accident occurred. Do you seriously think that parents don't teach their children the dangers of drinking & driving and not wearing a seat belt? I bet your kids are perfect. It's people like you that end up with kids that are closet whores and heroin addicts. Leave this family alone and some decency and let them have a little peace in their lives. If you feel so strongly about "taking a stand" then brave up and use your real name and instead of hiding behind a screen name, go start a f'ng club. I do believe that Ryan knew the Lord very much so and I also believe that judging others is a sin you heathen!

To "Take a stand" and David K.......First of all let me start off by saying that Ryan Perry was one of the best guys we have ever met,and sadly he would of done anything for you two judgmental heartless A$$***** just as he would of for anyone in need of help in any way shape or form!!!! How dare you pass judgement on someone who isnt even here with us to deffend himself???! For your information Ryan and his friends were NOT on thier way home from a party!(But you earned a E for fuc**** effort)Ryan WAS NOT DRUNK he was actually driving for his friends because they were too drunk to drive!!!! as you sit reading this feeling like a complete ass maybe next time you will gather all the FACTS before you go running your mouth about a sittuation and person you OBVIOUSLY know NOTHING about!!! I actually feel sorry for people like you because it is very apparent to me and probably anyone reading your post that you two truly have a sad and lonely life and will NEVER gain the tremendous amount of love and respect Ryan Perry gave and received in his short time with those that cherished him!!

I never said Ryan was drunk or that he was coming from a party, I said that I had heard that he was drunk, coming from a party. And furthermore, I am not judging Ryan or anyone else...I am simply saying that IF he was drunk that this should be used as an example to AGAIN teach our children the responsibilities of drinking and driving. No one (except for maybe David K) is saying Ryan was a bad person or that HE is a murderer, I was comparing drunk drivers to murderers because they do unfortunately kill people, whether intended or not. SO, if the story is, Ryan was NOT drunk, why are you all flying off the handle? You talk about ME being judgemental??? I don't recall calling YOUR children future closet whores or heroin addicts. And for the record, NO, I do NOT think that parents teach their kids important issues like at one time. I think parents are lazy when it comes to teaching their kids much of anything nowadays. And why do I have to keep my opinions to myself??? Because they don't match yours? I think I am entitled to my opinion, just as all of you are. And I am not insulting or degrading Ryan or his name....so please stop twisting my words around.

A mother DESERVES to bury her child believing that he was perfect in every way. That everything she taught him he remembered and that every person he met in his life was better for it. Whether the rumors are true or not are not changing what happened here. A life was lost, family and friends are heartbroken. I will continue to teach my boys what I watched my Aunt Lisa teach hers, I know the truth and that is all I need. David please stop writing on here, now is NOT the time, and you DEFINITELY do not know my aunt.

All of us who have grown up in this town are well aware of the dangers in life. Our parents, teachers and the community backing us have made sure that every single student of Dansville schools are well aware of what can happen to us and we have all of them to thank for it.

For you so desperately seeking a way to use Ryan's life as an example, here it is!

Ryan was literally one of the best people to ever grow up in this town. He was the most kind, caring, compassionate person who never let people like you get to him. He had a heart of gold, a smile made of diamonds and did whatever he could for anyone. He made sure everyone he knew was important to him and he made sure you knew it too. He was raised by two absolutely amazing parents who loved him very much and obviously did something right if EVERYONE in our community cares! He was the best brother, cousin, nephew and grandson and friend anyone could ever ask for.

You should hope that everyone in your life ends up like Ryan. He'll forever be one of the good ones!!

Rest easy, Ry. Lights in heaven must have gone out if he needed you up there to brighten things up! We'll forever love and miss you!
