tracy and michael wrote: you are just listening to rumors, the funeral home and other people are saying they did have their seatbelts on, now explain that and how do you think it looks for family to read on and on about the seatbelts. god was ready for tiffany and alex so seatbelts or not it would not matter. he needed a first baseman for baseball and softball. the family of these kids do not anymore to add to them so the people with the seatbelt and cell phone remarks need to keep them to therselves or tell somebody that will care. Friends should be with friends at a time like this, Why do you speak to the family through a news forum? I would not think someone who just lost a child would be on a computer. What makes you think God had anything to do with this?

Dec. 30,2007 I just want people to know that rumors hurt other people and to let everyone know that the kids did not have seat belts on but that doesn't matter because they r in a better place than we r now. This tradegy hasn't only affected the Cress family but also the Fritts family too. We also need your prayers during the recovery of the grandmother, Georgie Fritts. We would like to thank everyone who has prayed for us during this loss and who will continue to pray for our families. Thank You very much.

1/1/2008 the major cause of hi-way carnage
excessive speed.on 1-77 and i 95 would be and average of 25 miles per hour over the posted limit. i now avoid the main hi-ways because of the risk.
the solution, enforce the laws.pass new laws.
20 miles per hour over speed limit fine $1,000.00 second offense loss of drivers license for two years

it breaks my heart to see the home for sale that i watched the children make a home. it still seems unreal that this occurred. God Bless Mt Pleasant for honoring the one year anniversary of an unforgetful community tragedy. i hope the family has faired as bes they can and God Bless you all for pulling through this. the only positive thing is that we were blessed with them for the short time we were allowed, and for the shining light that the children were while they lived in their eartly bodies.

There have been more accidents recently of people running off the road,or running off the road and over correcting and the cars end up flipping. Just have a feeling the attention was being paid to the cell phone and not the driving My mother was not on the cell phone at the time of the accident. There was other factors realted to this accident, not to be disclosed of at this time. We all miss both of these kids and loved them very much. Everyone needs to hear both sides of the story and not just one. My mother is still suffering from this accident and will till the day she dies. It isn't all about Linda, she has a mother she needs to show she loves her regardless of what has happened. Actions speak louder than words. Remember we could have had 4 funerals instead of 2. Judge not lest ye be judged.

I was Linda,s boyfriend at the time of the accident.I want everyone out there to know that Marshas comment about linda needing to show her mother more love and being more involved is the most outragious line of bull that has ever been printed.Anybody that knows you Marsha already understands this! I personally escorted Linda everyday to the {nurseing home] as soon as she was physically able and that was when Linda was still in a wheelchair, so she could be with her, wash her hair ect.She continued to do this until her mom came home.Thats when marsha and Frittz isolated linda not keeping Linda informed when her mom fell and in the hospial ,when she had doctor,s visits ect. They make it difficult for Georgie to even call Linda, and the list goes on....Linda loves her mom and misses her very much.If you only knew the actions of what supposed to be these god loving people, especially you that go to church with them, Nasty phones calls to linda and her aunt ,notes with the "B" word on our windshield that i personally retrieved, ect. i,m sure u would move them quickly to the front of the prayer list.

Our whole family has suffered greatly from the loss of Tiff and Alex. Aunt Georgie loves her WHOLE family dearly. however since the accident we have been kept from her. I refuse to allow my mom to go to her home alone, b/c I do not want her exposed to the drama and manipulation of certain people. The sad part is that we aren't able to see her often, like things use to be. Prior to the accident, we all (Aunt Georgie, Linda, Mom and I) went on vacations together, saw each other atleast once a week, and talked regularly. It is really sad when jealousy and ones own control issues divide a family. It is also very sad that a "caregiver" treats their loved one with such contempt and hatefulness. It is perfectly okay that Marsha tries to make our family out to be the vilains, b/c God knows as do the other family members.
