Hi. My husband I purchased a vehicle from a local dealership. They acknowledged receipt of our downpayment. We made our payments on time and a little over a month later they came and took the vehicle without any written intent to do so. They also took it with my tag still on it. I have the paperwork showing they confirmed receipt of everything. They took the vehicle from me on April 3rd and my next payment was not even due until April 5th. I have contacted a lawyer but due to them taking over $3800.00 from us we are behind on our bills and can not afford a lawyer for their fees. We had to get a police officer to go to their office on Monday 5/19 just to get my tag back from them that they never turned in. There have been threats from them and my husband and one of the workers did have words on 4/5/08 but my husband then appologized and still got taken downtown for communicating threats yet there is nothing we can do about the threats upon us. Now he got an order to stay away from him. My husband has not been in contact with him in months. This is now 2 court dates we have for this and still nothing to show for it. We are desperately trying to get what is rightfully ours but it seems because they are a company and we are just ordinary people it is a lot harder for us to do.

decided to see what all the commotion was about and im just a pt worker there but i know this story. your the lady whose old man left her for some hot chick and you called the lot and told them to pick up your car because you wouldnt be able to pay for it and then a couple days later your old man came back to you and you were dumb enough to let him but you couldnt bring yourself to tell him that you were so mad at him that you had the caubels pick up your car that you had spent all your money on..at least the part that you did pay..I understand your now broke and your pissed and my advice to you is get a job and spend more time entertaining your old man at home and he wont be doing the nasty with every other women he sees..if i had your life..id be pissed too!
ps-i have seen the registered letter that they sent you about your tag and your repo and you signed it..anyone who doubts it..they have it at the lot..this lady is mad at the world because of her husband cheating on her..it happens..get over it. do you think your the first person to have a car picked up?

This woman is really mad ive seen how she has ads all over craigslist about how she says the caubles are bad and how they cheated her and then the caubles denining it and calling her a lier and all this junk. Now this with caubles saying they show proof that they sent repo notice and tag bull but how easy it to make a fake one these days. Who really cares nobodys is really goning to know about it unless it eneds up on the news

We purchased a 1994 Mazda Miata from Cauble in September 2008. We bought this car as a commuter car and a 2nd car. We had been researching Miata's for several months and had a specific car in mind that we were searching for. We drove by Cauble and saw this car out front. We test drove the car a few times. We asked lots of questions and were given honest answers. We knew that anything could be wrong with a 14 year old car. We purchased our own carfax report on the car and everything looked good. We have been very pleased with the car since purchased. The service at Cauble was professional. We would recommend them to others if looking to purchase a car.

Every one knows that when you purchase from a buy here pay herea place that you are going to get ripped off. The cars are overly priced and not well maintained. they dress them up by washing and waxing them cleaning and shining up the insides good and it will draw you in. People go here for the simple fact that they can not afford anew car with warranty or just to get a car for their teenager. whatever you do you must do the math try going to drive time wher the people work with you and are honest. I have heard alot of horrible storied about cauble auto sale up in kannapolis or china grove dont know which town they are in but it is located on hwy 29 north. So what ever you do BEWARE!! They could have worked with the woman to see what they could work out but of course they seen that they had a down payment and they could sell the car again with the same down payment. Business will not go good for this company long the word is getting out about how bad of a dealership this is.

I purchased a Saturn from Cauble three years ago. A couple of days after I bought the car we had a very bad storm, and I noticed a puddle of water in the floor of the car. Even though I bought the car in "as is condition" I called Cauble, and they told me to bring the car back and they would check it. It appears that the drains on the roof were clogged and not allowing the water to drain off, thus the water was leaking into the car. The dealer cleaned the drains for me, at no additional cost, and I haven't had any other problems with the vehicle. I was more than happy with the service we received, and I found Joe to be very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Cauble, and in fact, I have referred several friends to them. I'm thinking about buying another car later this year, and more than likely will check out their inventory before making a purchase.

We're on our 3rd car from Cauble's. The first 2 were fine..the last one had to have the transmission fixed, but the dealership fixed it because the check engine light came on the same day we bought the vehicle. The car was in the garage for 2 weeks and we still had to make a payment on the car while it was being fixed. That's my gripe. We just handed them $1600 and had no car to drive for 2 weeks. And we asked to have another car off the lot to drive and they refused. So bottom line is, they are a buy here pay here place, so you take your chances when buying from them and they are a business, out for their money. I probably won't buy another vehicle from them. If you KBB their vehicles they do mark them up quite a bit.

i bought a grand am gt from cauble about 2 years back. it had 60k miles on it and it was only 3.5k. Car ran very well, though we had to replace the a/c completely. but for 4k and 60k miles it was still a bargain. though 6 months later i was hit and the car was totaled. Good people though.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from the Cauble's they have been very easy to deal with every step of the way and not 1 of my vehicles has ever had any mechanical issues! They have worked on me with payments etc! As for some of the post above, you must be some real pieces of work if they didnt work with you! The post about the Caddy and the backseat, how about you learn to speak english! What the hell is wrong with you! I can tell you if you are honest and up front you will not have any problems with the Caubles!

I bought a 95 ford taurus from them and it was a great running car. Some things happened to it, but it was because of the age of the car. I thank them so much because they were very professional with me and i had some issues myself. I will save up enough and buy another car from them. The next time i will have my things together.

Purchased a jeep liberty from caubles they are awesome people and it is stilll a great car. People pay your bills and you won't have problems. You only have yourselves to be pissed at. The first lady your story is real lame because they took 3800 from you yiou were behind on your bills doesn't take a genius to see through that one. The caubles are very professional in my opinion and yes they mark their cars up how do ypou idiots expect them to make money by giving you their cars adults who whine annoy me thank you caubles for tyhe easy to deal with experience of buying my jeep.

My wife and I paid off a vehicle that my wife bought from them. I came across this website while checking to see if they had an inventory online. They are a buy here pay here place, but were great to deal with. Good honest Christian owner. Before considering whether or not to pay your car payment, check out the TV show Operation Repo. Otherwise pay them and trust me, it feels good to shake their hand with your title in the other hand.

I also was looking to see if they had a website and came across this. I have not bought anything from them, however the second post on here is from an EMPLOYEE telling all the ladies business. He also made comments About seeing her paperwork and things. If he is putting this on a forum where else is he putting things and saying. Do I really want to buy from someone who responds like that? Thinking, thinking NO!!!! Choose I better place and way to answer back. Must be the owners family!

We bought a truck from the cauble's a couple of years ago, it has been pretty good, so I needed a vehicle so we went and purchased another one, a 2003 ford Taurus, very low mileage, clean engine, ran good for about a month then I was left broke down on the side of the road 3 times, so we went to talk to them about it and they recommended their mechanic, so we sent it there, needless to say they would fix one thing and then another and then another and wanted to charge us for each thing that they replaced even tho it didn't fix the problem. we tried to explain to them that I can't trust a car that leaves me on the side of the road three times and that we would like our down payment back, no reply, the car is just sitting on their lot, probably can't be fixed, but they won't admit it, and they know it, but they can't have a conscious or they would give us back our down payment especially for the hell I went through everytime I broke down!!! Never again unless they do right by us!!!
