Bella Villa police chief faces 3rd abuse claim

A woman who filed a federal suit Tuesday became the third motorist to claim sexual abuse by Bella Villa Police Chief Edward Locke Jr.

Locke is an idiot and should be locked up. If anyone has ever had to deal with him they would know that he is not a professional. Why does the Bella Villa Police even exist. They don't answer radio calls, all they do is pull over women and kids(way to go guys). The county police respond to real police calls and handle everything else in the area. This police station's only purpose is to raise money for itself so they can stay on the job. Locke get a clue.(Other police departments think Bella Villa is a Joke.) Bella Villa would be a better place with out a preditor like Locke as a Police Chief. I wonder who dropped the ball and put him in charge of the Police department.

Having lived within 2 miles of Bella Villa for ~15 years, I can safely say those Bella Villa police are anything BUT an asset to our society. They need to be removed (and possibly prosecuted) and replaced by the county police who seem to be there anyway.

How can they have their own little town, Bella Villa,when they are in the county? Besides the "chief" thing, they fly around residential areas on two wheels without lights or sirens to signal a call. Isn't it true that city and county police won't chase at high speeds that would endanger other bystanders? They are all just play babies with a badge!

I was pulled over by this man about a year ago. Luckily I did not experience what some of these other women did, but I felt that something wasn't right about him. I hope he is permanately forbidden to serve as a police officer ever again.

We are not saying anything about real police officers. The real police officers in the surrounding areas are fine. Either you are not from around here or just not smart enough to realize that you are being taken advantage of. And you don't need balls to pull over women and kids.

Yes. The chief of Bella Villa IS in fact related to the chief of Byrnes Mill. He is the son of the chief in Byrnes Mill.

If you just looked at the stories you could tell its all Bull-Sh.. People will try to get money for anything. The press will not release the Rest of the Story One poor victim admitted she made up her story!!! One case has already been investigated - found to be bull sh.. Things are not being released because the case is still pending.. Yes, I'm sure some people are out there trying to get easy money. For those who have been taken advantage of by this man are not looking for money, only justice!
Ask yourself something... What would you do if this did happen to you? I think most will agree, Police have power over everything. Woman can't let the police control them in a sexual way.! Woman must draw the line somewhere..

Anyone with a heart can do a dirty cops job better. Has anyone noticed most of the dirty cops are the same dorks we beat up in highschool looking for pay backs.. The cops getting pissed off about this mush be sticking up for a fellow dork..

All I can say is that the facts are very clear and are already known. Anyone can see that the cases are BullSh... However it always takes forever for civil cases to go to court and insurance companies always give money first. Any can read the legal briefs filed with the court and see the goal is money!! If justice is to be served Locke should hire an attorney and sue. I agree no should be taken advantage of but this applies to every one.

When will everyone learn that st.louis county "the real police " are more corrupt than any muni . I have lived less than a mile away from bella villa my whole life . Every encounter that i have ever had has been nothing but professional and much better and nicer than stl county pd . You retards think that slctpd is soo much better and "the real police " The training standards are the same.
