Here's an email that Mrs. Martinez sent to Congressman Steve Lynch last year:

Dear Congressman Lynch,

I listened to you on the radio the other day taking a stand for citizens, rather than for more big government. I would ask you to stand up now, and prove to the citizens of the United States, the their President is indeed a natural born citizen. The truth needs to be known for him to have any credibility.

Thank you for your consideration to this matter.

Sincerely,
Sandi Martinez

Why wouldn't she agree to a debate? That's what democracy is all about. Get the issues out there and let the people decide. People are sick of being talked at, Ms Martinez! This district has been neglected for years and if you are not serious about running for the seat then step aside.

Whats to debate I want someone to represent me who has some lifes experience. Has either one had children in the school system has either one worked a real job or had some lifes hardships. Has either one served this country in the armed forces, I just want someone who knows the daily struggles we are going through as taxpayers.

Sorry Career Politician. I want to know where they stand on the issues. Life experience is fine, but if one or the other has some loony leanings I want to know about it.

Fargo has been missing in action for years and we need someone who WILL actually represent the district.

It's nice to see a reasonable Republican finally. Eric's belief in marriage equality and a woman's right to control her own body are a welcome antidote to the insanity that Ms. Martinez and the other wacko Republicans who have hijacked that party have subjected us to over the last 10 years. I'm looking forward to voting for someone who understands fiscal responsibility as well as social reality.

It is an embarrassment that Ms Martinez does not believe enough in herself, the district she may serve and her politics to commit to debate Mr. Dahlberg.

Throughout American and world history debates have been employed to share information, enlighten interested voters and to ensure a society remains engaged and strong.

There is ample time to manage several debates, thus there is no worthy excuse to why a debate should not be executed.

Good luck to both candidates. Hopefully this issue can be resolved for the betterment of the voters.

Mr. Dahlberg has worked around politicians his entire career and has never held a real job in his life. During his exposure to career politicians he has learned the nasty games and is playing them well. Is this who we want to have face off against Ms. Fargo? I don't think so. We have had other, more successful and much more qualified men run against Ms. Fargo who were not successful. With Mr. Dahlberg's unpleasant record so far in this campaign he won't be successful either. Only a woman can beat Ms. Fargo.

It's my understanding that this Dahlberg guy has know my Aunt Sandra for awhile and she has been running against Susan Fargo for 3 years now. I think him running against her is a foul move. She has put in the foot work, not Dahlberg.
I hope she wins this time, because she has certainly earned it. Time to clean up Beacon Hill, and it's starts with Fargo in our District.
I love you Aunt Sandra. You Go Girl.

Jason, you are nice, but we vote for the person who represents our views and also agrees with us on the issues. It's not about the "foot work". That's exactly what it isn't about! Senator Fargo has also put in the foot work and she has failed this district.

Sandi's children and mine were in school together. I saw Sandi during numerous events over the years and she was a great and active mom in her children's school years. As a parent it was great to have Sandi involved in the activities of our children over the years. She was involved on the soccer board. Her father was killed in Air Force during the Korean conflict and 3 of her 4 children have armed services experience, 2 currently on duty in the Marines. Sandi can be very proud of her accomplishments in raising her children

And your point is what? She favors more charter schools and results driven academics. Also is a friend to those who home school their children so they are not bullied in the public school system. Again it all depends on what you want the government to do for you.

She also sued the School Department and its members over the Suzi Landolphi contreversy. Costing the town a lot of money in legal fees and much anguish. I still remember the angst she caused among the School community over something that was not mind boggling. My children and my friends were horrified by her antics.

Aunt Sandra lost every Town Meeting Rep race that she was ever in. Was elected only when she was unopposed. She has never won anything but caused a great deal of grief to a lot of good people.

I wish Eric all the best of luck.

Sandi is a bit whacko to say the least. She would be a total embarassment. She should lead her church group and focus on her "mission" in life - no way should be ver be a Senator. Good luck ED. We support you!
