Two House Burglars Captured in Clayton....

I read in the Clayton Pioneer that this burglary was committed by two men of Concord, ages 18 and 19. That's legal age to have published their names, but I can't find them. Does anyone know who they are? Also, I know quite a few people living on Peacock Creek... who was the burglary victim? Who was the very helpful neighbor?
