Robbers stab Compton homeowner

A man was hospitalized with multiple stab wounds after two robbers broke into his Compton home and attacked him, a sheriff's sergeant said Friday.

Poor dude. What could you do in case this happen to you? Do you call the cops and hope they consider your call an emergency or do you protected yourself and property? I live in Compton and recently crime seems to be up this year in my area. This year a murder was committed, when I recall the only murder committed in my block was like way back in 1998 or 1999. Stolen cars are left in my streets, cars are getting stolen, people are getting rob, you see suspicious people walking down the streets.
