The city's water supply has been full for a while now. Perhaps it is time to go to reduce the water restrictions. I'd love to pressure wash my house and start up my pond again. Also by allowing more water useage even if only for a few months we would go a long way towards beautifing Jefferson by giving outdoor plantings a good start so they can be stronger for the dry season we will probable get later this summer.
