Are commercial operations, such as Post Properties, exempt from watering their bushes and flowers?
The watering ban must be applied to everyone--both residential and commercial users.

I wonder how come these towns that get their water from a lake. When the water was down real low. Why didn't they get out there with heavy equipment. And dig their lakes out. So when ever it did fill back up. They wouldn't have to ever worry about a water shortage again. Or it least for a long time. Every time they showed one of those dry lakes on television. You didn't see anybody doing anything.
