. I’m so desperate and tired of this situation that I’ll start the protest in the front of the family court by starving myself until someone do something to change this mindless and ruthless rules.

How about garnisheed money and a judgement on a lawsuit that my son's father had to pay..which I just found out that he has been paying...and Suffolk County has kept it!!!The check from his lawsuit was 2957.12..and they're "investigating " it..the worker said that the last Child support payment received was in 2005..Guess when I last received a check ? 1995!! I have just written my towns congressman and hope that he will help me.

Looks like Family Court will be going 24/7 pretty soon thanks to the losers taking out their failing lives on the weak, their children.

BOSTON (Reuters)– One 4-month-old baby was shaken so violently she needed surgery. Another 3-week-old suffered fractured ribs from abuse at home. A 9-year-old diabetic boy stopped receiving proper treatment for his condition.

Those cases reported by Boston hospitals are part of a spike in child abuse in United States during a recession that has driven some families to the brink and overwhelmed cash-strapped child-protection agencies.

"In the last three months we have twice as many severe inflicted injury cases as we did in the three months the previous year," said Allison Scobie, program director of the Child Protection Team at Boston's Children's Hospital.

Typically, her hospital handles about 1,500 such cases a year. That rose to 1,800 last year.

"We're finding that it is directly attributable to what is happening economically," she said. "Many of the hospitals around here report an increase of 20 to 30 percent of requests for consultation regarding suspected child maltreatment."

Slap Chop.... See that pisses me off. How the hell can someone shake a baby like that. Your right, what a loser. If a baby is crying it means 2 things. One maybe the baby is hungry or 2 the baby needs to be changed. These people should be sent to jail and they should throw away the key. I dont care if I was dead tired. if my son ever wet the bed I wouldn't be mad at him. I would just change him and then change the sheets. What the hell is wrong with people?? I'll never understand????

Add my three year old daughter to the list of another family ruined by SM Isabel Buse's biased rulings. I am owed a year's worth of child support. He testified he works, testified he does not file taxes, testified that he lied and said he did not work to get legal aide, and last but not least, testified that he lives at home and has no expenses as the 35 year old LOSER lives with his parents. All this and it is NOT WILLFUL. Answer this SM Buse, how do you sleep at night? You can be assured I will never see another payment again as there is no punishment, so why should they bother to follow a court order. Thank you so much! If something is wrong, and you have the ability to change it, you have the responsibility to change it. I will pray for anyone that goes before her!

I have ne er been to court until recently. The judge is clueless and the assistant DA's are in La-La land.
Could they all be politically connected?

Does any cases get settled. I bet they use this overwhelmed court nonesense to get better pay,raises and even perks!
They need a complete investigation from a higher power outside of Suffolk.

These all sound like terrible stories but I bet I can top them!!!!! I am in suffolk courts fighting for custody with an ex-boyfriend who IS NOT EVEN THE BIOLOGICAL FATHER!!!!! The courts have refused to give me a paternity test for over 2 years even after he stated under oath that he may not be the father!!!! I live in Florida and have had to be back in NEW YUCK for over 6 months now and I only get to see my son once a week for 1 hour bc he states he is afraid I will flee the state.... his REAL FEAR is that I will bring in a DNA test result which proves he is not the father.... Sad but true the big apple has WORMS!!!!!
