Fifth-graders competent to stand trial for conspiracy to murder female classmate
Yesterday, a judge in Stevens County, Wash. ruled that two fifth grade boys from Fort Colville Elementary School are mentally competent to stand trial in juvenile court on charges that the pair conspired to murder one of their fifth grade female classmates for being "rude and annoying." The boys were arrested on Feb.
