No wonder there is so much violence in the world, and from the police officers in Spokane. The man who lost his life, who you call a loser, had a family who mourned his lost life. He was a citizen of the United States. He could have been arrested and brought to justice. If the police can get away with murder, then they truly are above the law. Killing is wrong, and especially if you are killing your own citizens. This incident sends a message to the police to go ahead and kill because the citizens don't matter. The police in this town of Spokane will get away with it and call it self-defense because I read an article where it says they are taught to lie on reports. Then they are taught to stick to their lies too. It causes mistrust. Last but not least it serves everyone right who didn't vote for Obama, that he won. It is high time a lot of people didn't think in terms of color. Try it, you might like it, we are all human beings. That brave dog might be a human being too, but he's vicious because he was trained that way and it's a dog's nature. Are the Spokane police also trained to be killers? I see from the way off duty, drunk Jay Olsen got off with attempted murder, that the lies hold up in court too.

One less scumbag in the world to prey on us. He deserved exactly what he got. He had a gun and he shot the dog. Once he used the weapon against authority, he was done. As a previous poster said, I hope he suffered horribly before he died. It was what he deserved. At least we don't have to pay for a trial and then support him in prison for the duration of his sentence and then have him released to make the rest of us victims.
