LOL! That is so funny. As a mortgage banker, I have had brokers ask me who the heck Fannie Mae is and why everyone talks about her.

Any feedback from the Neo Con Parasites, Religious Idiots or Republican Mushrooms with their noses up Bush's crack as they hurl themselves off the "Cliff of Stupidity"? Any? Any?
Chill dude, us Neo Cons want the law overturned as bad as you pinko leftist commies. Conservatives disagrees with Bush spending money like a Democrat and pandering to the illegal alliens. I bet you didn't know that older bibles were printed on hemp. God invented pot and he helps me grow it in my garden by giving me sun and rain.

Kudos to you Mr Aiken, It doesn't matter much to me if it was for profit or not. The penalty is the same and I hope that you have seen to your interests over the last few years. While I may not have had a chance to smoke your crop, It was a beautiful setup, god bless you for the peace you have brought to so many, and I'll be one or your supporters outside on Jan 4 D.V.

Thats his court day I Got some information off of the marijuana policy project and it looks like there may be supporters on hand for his case, and there should be. for anyone that doesn't know what will happen to this couple let me break it down, the state is going to seize what assets they can from them, then they get an unreasonable prison sentence only to look foward to probation and parole on the outside, monthly drug tests which should be illegal on the basis that in qualifies as an unreasonable search. plus the results are used in a court of law which is illegal under the 5th amendment,WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO NOT HAVE TO TESTIFY AGINST OURSELVES, and collecting a sample from our bodies is just that! Not to mention the tax that North carolina will assess to the value of these plants I bet its 50,000 or more with that weight. My heart once again goes out to them!

Actually I don't smoke wacky sticks, I vaporize (check the name)its better for the lungs, and as far as the law degree, dont need one to know what happens, I've already been in the system, 11 years free of cocaine and meth, I am a medical marijuana user and it has saved my life, I was a junkie and a hopeless case, I've stolen, and lied, I was so sick from cocaine that I truly beleived the B.S. that came out of my mouth. Now I have a home(paid for myself)A business (started myself with a 2000 loan) nice cars, and most important the respect and love of my family. If you saw me on the street you would never have a clue unless I told you. "If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears the sound of a different drummer"-Thoreau Respect!

See now, thats always the typical reply "just dont do it"! Over 70 percent of americans agree that medical marijuana should be legalized, those that disagree are now the minority, Ask any cop who they would rather pull over on a friday night a car load of drunks or a carload of stoners. Speaking of cops I wanted to address Sheriff Davis's remarks as to the case,I beleive that Sheriff Davis is an honerable man, I knew him as a detective, and he displays his status with class and professionalism, It was his duty to arrest and seize the plants and he has done so, Could he not now publicly say what a shame this situation is, Not nessessarly to endorse but to show some displeasure from law enforcement to have to perform such duties. We need protection from criminals Sheriff Davis, not from farmers.
