Our drought problems are very real and in the last year, some of these places have been mentioned frequently in the news as having had a major water shortage.

let's all work together and conserve the water we do have.
no longer "it is mine I will do as I want to". if it takes government to save the resources so be it.
nothing is free .
we can do things to respect the water ...
until we do.....
too bad Mr. Fastsam, that a tax would make necessary; if so be it. seems money is the only thing that works/!? I hope not.

The thing is, we aren't even in the worst drought on record, but water levels HAVE been at the lowest points on record the past few summers due to so much consumption now compared to in the past. So yes, Big Brother has to move in so we can have water to drink.
