Afghans and Afghanistan need normal professions: engeeners, teachers, doctors and farmers and workers too. They do not need only militaries and police.

They are going to need MORTICIANS if they can't secure the country.
Putting the cart (teachers, et al), in front of the horse (security), spells total failure.
