I talked to a local guy the other day, he was telling me how great Childers was. I stepped back and looked at him and asked myself. How much do I know about this guy in front of me promoting Childers?
1-He has been a professional in Corinth for 40 years
2-He is in church if the doors are open
3-He talks nice, acts nice, looks nice makes you feel like you are in the presence of someone wholesome and honest
4-He has deep family ties that go back many generations in Corinth
5-He has been on numerous boards, committees, etc over the last 40 years
6-He has beat, cheated, and double talked more money out of more people in this town than most I could bring to mind
7-He will smooth talk you all the way to the bank to get your money and beat you out of what you have
8-He is dishonest on a level that even he does not understand about himself
9-His family thinks he is salt of the earth and yet, they see him in action every day
