Mr. Black also was recently on the front page of the Hickman Courier for shooting a vermin eating nuts from one of his trees in his yard. Do you realize his actions violated state law?!

James Black has been office entirely too long. He seems to think he's a Lord ruling over a vassal state & we are his obedient subjects! He's an elected official & his duties/powers are clearly set forth by state laws. How many more laws can someone flaunt before he's arrested or removed from office Fulton Co.??

So aside from breaking hunting laws set by the state what about his excesses regarding his position as Magistrate? He has no business or authority to be ordering around the County Road Dept regarding their duties.

No, you can't shoot any animal on your property just because you're a landowner!I don't think a nut-bearing tree in your yard is constituted as a crop.

I had pecan trees, about 50 of them and a few english walnut trees. They were considered a crop.
Pecans cost up to 10.00 a pound some years.

I don't know Mr. Black so don't know what kind of tree he has got, so I am out of this. Really had no business getting into it, since I do not have the facts.
What exactly are the facts? Other then he got a vermin.

Also would you please tell me about the road? Example, what did he want the road department to do? Was it something that would hurt the people there, or would it help them?
I am interested, not just trying to be a smarty.

He was ordering/conducting the road crew on their work which is not in his job description as a Magistrate. Some of the road crew was displeased with his involvement as reported by the Hickman Courier. As a Magistrate he may request funding for certain roads in his district but has no authority to supervise it's construction.

Mr. Black shot a vermin in his yard that was feeding on a nut tree. That said vermin requires a hunting license & it's hunting is a seasonal regulated [take/kill].It was not a pecan or walnut tree either.

Thanks for the info. I like a few facts so I can try to figger out whats going on.
Most of these threads are a lost cause, I try to sort thru fact and fiction. I do find a lot of fiction, but it keeps me laughing, most of the time. There are a lot of lively characters on here.
