Poverty Hits America's Suburbs

There are 8 comments on the Mar 22, 2013, www.cnbc.com story titled Poverty Hits America's Suburbs. In it, www.cnbc.com reports that:

Like many Americans who move to the suburbs, Tara Simons came to West Hartford, Conn., because she wanted her daughter to grow up in a nice, safe place with good schools. Her fall from a more financially secure suburban life to one among the working poor also happened for the same reason it's happened to so many others. She had a bout of unemployment and couldn't find a new job that paid very well.

Obama's biggest accomplishment has not been his much touted transfer of wealth from the rich 1% in America, but the raping of the middle class economically.
Most reasonable people measure success against poverty by the numbers shrinking yet Obama has proven to be most adept at moving the middle class into poverty.
The employment numbers came out today, we are not on the path to recovery it seems. I am sure Obama is pleased.

I don't think Obama is happy because this country hasn't collapsed yet, he knows when and if it does he can assume powers even more broad than Lincoln took during the Civil War.
I can only hope we survive until he is out of office and that Americans return to their senses and not elect extremists of the left or right again.

The poor will always be among us. Too many children, 5 dollar a pack cigarettes, and most importantly over the past few years too many lazy azz young men who don't want to work or find some weak woman to live up on. More lazy men who still want to live with their mommys. There's plenty of work just too many picky lazy men, hell with them. I don't feel a bit sorry their lazy azzes, it's why there are so many illegals here.

Its amazing how the numbers of those we call poor have grown unlike ever before since Obama took office, this has been the longest stretch of high unemployment since the depression.
Your answer is that no one wants to work, there maybe work all over Oklahoma but there isn't much around here and elsewhere.
You can keep your head firmly planted up Obamas azz if you want but don't insult our intelligence and say there are "plenty of jobs"

Did Obama send all the jobs overseas or did the Corporate overlords whom the Republicans bend over for do it?

I think what could be sad is the economy seems to be recovering but probably just as it starts getting some speed up Obamacare will kick in and throw the brakes on it again.
Obama is really good at screwing up the economy. Leading this country positively, not so much.
