Not at all, those folks ban /themselves/ when they violate the Topix.com "terms of Service":

I think Mike & Ed's just recently went out of business.
It's a shame to see a long time business like this go under because of Obamanomics.
Jim, I stopped and had a couple of BBQs at Mike & Ed's BBQ on Manchester Expressway last night, after visiting a friend at saint Francis Hospital.

They are very much still in business, and even have a huge budget menu of BBQ, hot dogs, wings and things.

I finally ate there a few weeks ago and their BBQ was good. The sauces are nothing like around here but they weren't bad. I just don't like sweet sauces too much.
The place is really nice on the inside and with all the TV's I am sure they get busy during football season.
I was expecting this place not to be that good but it was really good.

Two things tell me this poll is hogwash.
One is Chesters ghetto BBQ is rated so high and two, Clearview is rated so low.
Must be that Dockery fellow skewing the polls, that HOGWASH!

Hasn't anyone ever eaten at Clearview? If you had they would be at the top of this poll.

I stop by Clearview almost every time I pass along River Road, really is a fantastic sandwich and incredible value, nice friendly "family" style folks there, as well.

I would rather have Texas Barbeque! But if I have to choose I'd say Clearview too.

Why do you think Clearview doesn't have that many votes compared to the other places? All the comments are favorable for the place.

Maybe the top vote getters are advertising for people to vote when they come to eat there?

I would like to see the local BBQ place experiment with new dishes. Say what you want about Country's they do go outside the box and come up with new stuff like BBQ Burritos.
