He doesn't own exclusive rights to that name. Look how many RONALD McDONALDS there are in the world. That other guy even has his photo posted by his name which lets everyone know it is a different guy. That guy should complain because you are harassing his name. He has the same right as you have to the name. Just like every STEVE JONES, JOHN DOE, WILL SMITH, and every other name in the world. There is actually an old plantation owner with that same name as you claim to have exclusive rights to from the 1800's. So HHHHHHUSH! You weren't even born then when that guy got his name. When someone is trying to commit identity theft and forgery by trying to pass themselves off as me, then it becomes another matter, and is a noted violation of the Topix.com Terms Of Service.

You need to leave that girl's name alone. That is her name too. Also it is against the terms of service to use Topix to promote music sales. CD's, T-Shirts, Hats and direct people to videos with mandatory view commercials first. Also advertising concerts selling tickets. Door cover charges, etc. Donnanny type festivals. Constant music link promotion.
