Purchase a $159 device here that required a 24 hour charge before use. Well after doing exactly what was stated in the instructions the device did not work. Immediately called and asked if we could exchange it for a functional device and was told of their very strict no return/refund policy. I understand that some items you would never want returned but come on.......you could never use this device if its not charged period. After a rude discussion on the phone with the very same young lady who sold us the devise (she informed me that I needed to bring it up with the manufacture since it was sold to them broke) we have decided to never set foot in this establishment. I mean seriously, why is it my problem that you received the item broke from the manufacture, I AM THE CUSTOMER!!!! Again proof that customer service is a dying thing of the past!

If local businesses would put more emphasis on customer service more people whould shop in their establishments and not use internet services to shop. I agree with the poster, customer service is a thing of the past. That is why I do all my purchases on the Internet.
