Squatters in Benevento

Looks like Duda unearthed the truth about the people who have taken up residence in one Benevento home: Squatters. Tin foil over windows, an abundance of "no trespassing" signs, and notices posted in the windows of a nice, HOA run neighborhood was more than enough to raise a few red flags and get actual paying residents to ask questions about their mysterious neighbors. The home is owned by the Bank of America. These self-proclaimed sovereign citizens must be hoping to fall beneath radar just long enough to assume adverse possession.

What the hell does Duda have to do with this?

Well, like I said, he is the one who did the research on the people that suddenly appeared in the house. That is what the hell Duda has to do with it.

Does anyone know if this has rectified? We are about to put an offer on a house in Benevento phase 2!
