Thank you for the kind words. I do care deeply for others. I have helped familys out at Chrismas for quite a few years now. I use to go to place's like Salvation Army etc, but what I was given was a family who was doing better than I was. Don't get me wrong. Place's like Salvation Army etc do good for teh community, but if I am going to help someone out, they need to be worse off than I am. I learned to just keep my eye's and ears open. This way I know, I am helping people who really need the help.WTG ohmeohmy.I think it is great that you are helping others in need.It shows just how unselfish and caring of a person you are.I saw in another post where 123 talked highly of your giving nature.People like you are rare these days.Merry Christmas to you and I pray for a blessed holiday for you and your loved ones. And I think you put Why wondering in his/her place.
I not only help people out at Christmas time either. I am a Chemo Angel. This is someone who helps cancer patients fell better. I have chosen children 15 yrs or younger. I am very active with childhood cancer and am glad to put a smile on their faces with gifts, cards and letters of encouragement. It is such a great joy when a child goes into remission or is pronounced clean (of cancer), but the truth is, more end up losing the battle.
So if anyone out there wants to help even a little bit, may I suggest you donate to St. Jude's Hospital. There do a terrific job.
Wowwza, I hope you and your family have a blessed holiday too. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas to you and your family.
