If spring hill city alderman Duda takes the time to read the 2006 resolution passed by the county he will see that in the resolution agreement there is a clause stating GM will pay less in lieu of taxes if a car is not being manufactured at the plant, thus for the decrease in monies to Spring Hill. We've got to start electing officials who can read and don't use the headlines to get re-elected.

One thing is certain, if Duda is commenting about it you know he's probably read it.
