Whether or not she was "cought up in the wrong crowd" she was still affiliated... people who "hang" with the wrong ppl get put in jail etc.. all the time. She had a duty to her friend, heck, duty to another human being, to call for help. This is no "wrong crowd" situation. Nothing can change the outcome and to deligate "less fault" to her becasue she is all these things : high school cheerleader, ms. whoever... does not show anything but she really made bad decisions and is living with the consequences. She may not have designed the night events, but she was a participant in those events. Just food for though Bushra... and i bet you do not have children because you are coming from a really absurd viewpoint... had it had been another situation with a group of guys in a shooting... and all of them arrested you would probably be on the side of the court's decision... THank you.

Justice, first of all it's important to understand that within our legal system we are "presumably" innocent until proven guilty even though your argument already reflects your own bias. Without hearing the FACTS of the whole case, you can't pass judgement on whether someone else is guilty or not. Even though it may seem like this is a clear cut case, there are particular parts of the case that we, and the public, are not made privy to. Therefore we're rendered unable to make an accurate assessment of all individuals involved in the case, and in particular, Ms. Belloli. She might also very well have been a victim that was coerced by these men who reportedly have a history of soliciting younger girls by means of using drugs. The discrepancy in age between the men and these girls and their relationships is something that stands out as peculiar to myself... Fifty-three year old male with 18 year old girl?? It doesn't add up and when trial comes it will be interesting to see the nature of these relationships and what exactly Ms. Belloli's role was. If I had to speculate I'd venture to say that Belloli didn't provide these drugs and that she also wasn't in bed with Ms. Burgess when she was overdosing. Also, Belloli had reportedly attempted to resuscitate Ms. Burgess before the paramedics arrived, indicating an attempt in trying to preserve the life of her friend... The same cannot be said of the other two men based on what we know from early reports. Time will tell whether or not these three are guilty, but if I could input my opinion I would say that Belloli was also taken advantage of by these men and manipulated by use of drugs much like the unfortunate Burgess and suspected other girls that have yet to come forth.

Belloli's mother was the same way, apple didn't fall far from the tree. Her mother was a con girl and a thief!

Oh ya and her father Carlo Bellolli is still in jail for a murder he commuted over drugs in 1994 in Rhode Island. Look it up (took turns stabbing a kid to death)

Correct me if I'm wrong Dixon, but what does her father going to prison for any reason have to do with Ms. Belloli in these circumstances? If my math is correct she would have still been a child when those events occurred and only serves to further illustrate the tragedy of her upbringing... What's important to note is that what we know right now are allegations which are yet to be brought before a jury and slanderous comments such as the ones you posted only indicate that perhaps you may have been offended by this young lady or her family at some point. Whatever the case is, whether personal or otherwise, the facts remain the same and would do well without personal slights that are irrelevant to the case. People who take sensationalized media stories as truth, already seal the fates of those within our justice system. For it to work the way it was intended, an objective perspective with suspended judgement is needed... Your comments are a reflection of the lack of critical thinkers in our society today which hiders jurors abilities to remain objective in light of media coverage. In this case I also have my ideas of who was responsible and to what capacity each individual acted, but I have no option other then to put my faith in the hands of God and our justice system to ensure that justice is served. Even though I can only assume that these men were driven by their own promiscuous motives, I have yet to see motive for Ms. Belloli's involvement in such a plot... The truth always comes to light.
