Gordon sent all district staff a memo last week, gently urging employees to improve their attendance, which he wrote was just over 89 percent.

Teachers in Cleveland get 18 sick day a year! Add that to the time off in summer, a number of paid holidays, and thanksgiving and Christmas breaks, and they are lucky to work 7 months out of the year.

So what is your point, did you go into the worng job market. Also do you think it is a easy job to do ?
