Science is good, educating people about space and it's contents is good, but let's draw the line when it comes to BILLIONS of dollars being spent when that money can be used for more important projects right here on Earth. Hunger, Disease, Homeless citezens.

I agree that the exploration of the moon and space is important. I do not believe SO MUCH money should have been spent on the moon/water project at this time. I also believe the plans and the expense should have been publicized long before the money was allocated and spent.
