Is this suppose to be a surprise to anyone? Crime is proportional to the price of fuel. While gas station drive-offs and siphoning are far more common methods of stealing gas, reports of tank and line puncturing are becoming the new fad. People with large vehicles such as trucks and SUVs are the prime targets.

Be very careful when using your credit card r debit card for gas. Most are using wi-fi to transmit the data from your card for approval to get gas and a lot of them are not secure so theives are stealing info at an alarming rate.

Uhhh, if they paid for "a portion" of it then they didn't quite steal $1600 of gas.

You are quite stupid. It's democrats who won't allow the building of more refineries and the drilling here in the USA that are hurting gas prices. If you are tired of high gas prices, please do your homework and realize who the culprits are. Otherwise you're wasting your time complaining about those not at fault. Ignore what I say and keep paying for high gas. I KNOW I am right on this.

It is a two way street. Yes, what you say about the Democrats is 100% true; however, the technology exist to make cars get 100 mpg. The Republicans refuse to pass legislation to force or persuade the vehicle makers to employ those technologies. Always believing Captialism always works. News Flash - Captialism has many flaws which any "intelligent" person recognizes.

Can't say as I blame this guy.

The way the prices of fuel keep going up, I'm suprised this isn't happening more often.

It appears to me that the foreign
fuel leaders is using a unique way of terrorism tactics against the
united states.

Mean while George Bush and Dick Chaney reaps $$$ from this kind of
price jacking on the American people.

Somebody's got to do something because gas prices are out of control
and Bush didn't have a clue what gas prices were about 3 to 4 months ago
during a news interview.
The trucker stole this gas and
now the store owners who are most
likely BP, chevron or Exxon that's
in on the reaping of billions quarterly want the american people
to help catch the trucker. Well who's going to catch Bush and Chaney
and the Foreign oil terriost.

Yeah, people have "WI-FI sniffers" cracking 256-bit encrypted data at your local Gas and go. Go back to your MAC and watch some more SI-FI channel.

They want the American people to help catch the truck driver??? That's bull! I actually applaud him. If gas prices are lowered, things like this would dramastically decrease.

You can't even spell their names right but you know it all huh?
wow. You are like many short sighted americans who won't wake up and smell the coffee. The tree huggers who had the lieberman bill passed are the ones at fault, and their interests are being protected. People like Al Gore invest in hybrid autos and they know keeping fewer refineries will up the price of gas and thereby selling more hybrids. Wake up people before it's too late!!

The democrats are now being run by far-left Marxists that want nothing less than the total collapse of our economy, and subsequent collapse of our present form of government. That's not a conspiracy theory, it's a fact. Those that don't believe it are the useful idiots voting for democrats. The idea that more government is a good thing, is going to destroy our country.

I wouldn't use a Mac if you paid me, and I prefer linux over Microsoft. You obviously haven't been paying attention to new data news.

It’s been done before and while using a brute force attack doesn’t always work, think how many of these companies are hiring people who are not qualified to set up the network correctly or put in a simple password.

http://www.hackinthebox.org/modules.php...

Both the NIST 256 and the 512 bit rsa key encryption key where broken as seen in the article below.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSA_Factoring_Ch...

To find open networks, all you need to do is have your laptop look for a network, and then use any of the hundreds of programs on the net to attempt a break in. Why "heck" I bet even someone from SC could do it.

Not to mention how many of these small mom and pop stores still take a check??

This country will be destroyed from within. We won't have to worry about the terrorist. Like Stalin said we will sell the rope that will be used to hang us with.
