Deputies: Boyfriend Follows Woman, Opens Fire

Richland County deputies say a 17-year-old boyfriend followed his girlfriend from an apartment complex after a heated argument, where he then opened fire on her.

i have a seventeen yr old son and i would hate to know that he has a twenty seven yr old girl friend and if they have a child together depending on the child age wouldn,t that be considered rape? i think they locked up the wrong person
