He is in trouble and on house arrest and he should be thankful for that. He shouldn't have all the rights that normal citizens have just because the holidays are coming along. He got himself into this and now he has to suffer the consequences. People in prison aren't afforded the same opportunity, so he should just be made to deal with it. Sorry, but what he is accused of doing is very dangerous and this is my opinion.

I think we have bigger problems in this country to worry about then what someone wants to do for Thanksgiving. like these oil prices.

Is this request against the terms of his release? If so,then he shouldn't be allowed to have his family over.Could be worse,he could be sitting in jail on Thanksgiving.Given the seriousness of the pending charges,he should consider himself lucky he's not already locked up.

I'm with you. Gas is freakin $3.00 a gallon. Let's talk about that!!! I don't understand why this is even a story. So what he asked a judge to grant some of his family members visitation for the holidays. He's not in prison yet so why the hell not? Even inmates get visits on holidays.

Why in the H*** is this news? Unless it is a violation of his house arrest then who cares if he has his family over for dinner at "his house."

IT'S WILL BE A NICE VERY THANKFUL THING TO DO TO ALLOW HIM SOME FAMILY OVER ON THANKGIVING ...WE ALL HAVE DONE WRONGE IN OUR LIFE AND HAVE ASKED OUT OF SOMEONE. LIFE IS SHORT AND IF CONVICTED OF HIS CRIME HE STILL WANT BE ABLE TO SEE NOR BE AROUND FAMILY UNTIL VISTITATION RIGTHS.....SO WHY NOT GIVE HIM VISTITATION RIGHTS NOW?

I don't think that T.I is wrong for wanting to have Thanksgiving with his family. If he is on house arrest then what is the problem with his request?

If he or any "rapper" is entertainment, then God help us all. They are no talent monkey thugs who act like street punks even after they get rich. And the "music" would make a chimp commit suicide.

No he should not be allowed to have company over . He is on house arrest . If he can't abide by the rules , let him go to jail to have his meal with the rest of the "turkeys" . He broke the law with a serious crime . He deserves more than slap on the wrist . He needs to learn , freedom is earned ,not a given .

LET'S ALL REMEMER< EVEN MURDERS WHO ARE SERVING LIFE SENTENCES ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO VISIT THEM AT THE FACILITY FOR WHAT THE GOVERNMENT CALLS VISITATION, SO YOU JUST TELL ME WHY HE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE FAMILY OVER FOR THANKSGIVING? TRUST AND BELIEVE THAT IF ALL OF YOU WHO ARE AGAINST THIS REQUEST, AND YOUR LOVED ONE(CHILD,OR SPOUSE), WERE LOCKED UP, AND THE HOLIDAYS WERE COMING AND THEY'RE IN CONFINEMENT(LOCKED UP, HOUSE ARREST) YOU SURELY WOULD WANT TO SPEND TIME WITH THEM... AND REMEMBER THAT T.I IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.....

I read somewhere that the government is thinking of giving him visitation between 9am-6pm on Thanksgiving Day. The bad part about this is he was locked up once before and is considered a convicted felon and got out on parole. He's making millions of dollars, has endorcements from Chevy, and co-staring movies with Denzel Washington and he's accused of buying machine guns which is a violation of his parole/probation. He's a lucky SOB to not be locked up in the GA State Prison until his court date. It would be a luxury for him to share the holidays with his family. The question is does he DESERVE the privilage? Money talks B.S. walks...we'll see what happends!
