Actually there is -
It is called Indentity Theft and the US Gov't dragging its heels when employers try to verify information.
I used to think there was no excuse until I listened to a caller, cmall business owner, on a radio talkshow. She even changed some of the host's views. This woman did everything she could to verify the documents of applicants for a job. The documents appeared in order for what she had to do and then tried to verify what the documents said. Well the Gov't bounced her around and gave her crap. She had to fill the position with the best applicant. Everyone who was best suited for the job experience-wise was foreign born. Here she was doing everything the Govt said to, looking for everything she should and keeping copies of all documents. What else can she do aside not hire the best suited for her job based solely on being foreign born?
Next, an ICE case locally was done in cooperation with the employer when identity theft was suspected and how they law discovered illegal aliens working here. Should the company be penalized when everything LOOKED legit and all documents were there and they cooperated on the investigation?
We need to go after the jerk I saw pulling up to the 7-11 on Route 1 in Woodbridge to grab a bunch of guys to work for him. We need to go after those KNOWINGLY hiring them as opposed to those found to have hired them though all documents seemed in order and the govt did not do their jon when the employer calls to get verification.
The Federal law says you cannot hire someone you should reasonably know is an ILLEGAL ALIEN.

It does not say you must know beyond a reasonable doubt.

When in doubt don't.

Everyone knows ILLEGAL ALIENS use phony ID to get jobs.

That is a slippery slope of discrimination. What you are suggesting would never happen and can't be enforced as such. That harkens back to the days of rounding up suspected communists simply based off of suspiscion - and is discrimination in its purist form.

They exploit the destructive nature of the social-liberal minds. They are paid "off the books" so employers don't have to pay federal taxes and worker's comp - injury leads to free health care, lack of income leads to free lunches for their kids at school, the U.S. Dollar is sent home to Mexico and the Fed prints more money to make up for the loss to keep cash flowing, inflation rises, crimes rise in their areas, disdain develops over their exploitations - and the only way to communicate with them is by speaking their tongue (though I have found that most of them know what it means when I show them a one-finger salute).

Nah, nothing wrong with that is there?

Just Doing The Jobs Americans Won't Do: Illegal Mexican Kills Cop, Jurors Watch Taped Confession..........

Death penalty jurors Tuesday watched Juan Leonardo Quintero demonstrate how he fatally shot Houston police officer Rodney Johnson while handcuffed behind his back.

"In the waist," Quintero said on a videotaped interview, while also showing how he pulled the gun from his waistband on his right, cocked the hammer, leaned forward in the back seat of Johnson's police car and shot. He was speaking in English.

During the trial, Quintero has worn headphones to hear a translator detailing the proceedings in Spanish.

Quintero, 34, is accused of shooting the police officer in the back of the head after a traffic stop in 2006, as Johnson worked on a report in the front seat of his patrol car.

When asked why he had the gun, Quintero, a Mexican citizen who is in this country illegally, said, "It's not safe, nowhere you go. You get robbed everywhere."

Police have said Johnson missed the gun when he searched Quintero before putting him into the car.

As some members of Johnson's family wept in the courtroom, Quintero said in the 17-minute videotape that he was arrested because of race and that he should have just received a ticket for speeding

That's all well and good that they're hard workers. I seriously doubt even I could argue that point. Problem is, they're not supposed to be here. Have you lived in the area you're in for a while? Say more than 15 years or so? If you have, tell me this..was there a labor shortage there before 2001? Were all the fast food places and nurseries (plants) closing down for lack of help? I don't think so. I've lived in the Carolinas and here and I don't ever recall employers begging for help. If anything, there weren't enough jobs. So, who did it before the illegals came in and were willing to do it for a third of what a citizen would expect, and no benefits for the employer to pay? You know, things like workman's comp, unemployment insurance, health insurance, TAXES..stupid things like that.I have a feeling SC is starting to feel the brunt of our laws. They're packing up and heading out of town, and I can't say I'm gonna miss them.

I was in the grocery store this morning and a Mexican woman was in there with 2 kids, one in the buggy and one on her hip with approx.$500.00 worth of groceries and that's conservative. She was speaking Spanish to the cashier and she couldn't understand a word she was saying. Evidently she just crossed the border. She asked me if I knew what she was saying. I had no dam idea. Maybe she thought groceries were free. I got in another line.
LOL...jeez, that's an easy one. She was probably trying to figure out how to use her brand new shiny food stamp card and her WIC vouchers.

Pando...where are you? I'm here with the 499 pounds, waiting to sneak in to get my bennies and you're still not here. Time's a wastin'. With what gas is costing these days, I need to get a jump on MY food stamp card and get me some of that Medicaid. LOL..hurry, the donkey's getting tired.

Sounds great but who are we going to hire to do all of the jobs they are doing. How many of you are business owners who tried to get someone to work lately. Those who want to work have a job. Those who don't are on drugs, or just lazy. We cant correct our children anymore so they spend their time playing video games. Therefore, we get a lazy work force who would rather soak up the airconditioning than get out and work. If it werent for immigrant workers who do not mind the hot temperatures and who dont mind really working, then who would build the houses, and dig the ditches. If they all left, we would really see how much this country really needs them...think about it.

We have and we've decided,we'll call when we find out if we really do need them or not.

The reconquistas are the biggest problem, but you haven't heard of them now have you?.

Do some research before you offer to give up the USA.
