And they want to take smoking out of places. I say stop the alcohol and you will see a lot of accidents not happening.

The cops should be allowed to shoot the drunk drivers as soon as they fail the breathalyzer. One shot behind the ear. BOOM. And send the family a bill for the bullet. Drunk driving would be eliminated in 2 weeks time. But then the lawyers wouldn't make any money off of it so it won't happen.

Here we go again with ANOTHER elected official that broke the law...yet the 'system' will allow him to go unpunished for who he is.
Just like our buddy here,'Ol Marion Foxworth. Does anyone know the outcome of that charge? Was he convicted, or was it swept under the rug like this one will be?
I certainly hope the people of York County vote this clown out of office this November.

Throw the bum out in November. Hold him to the letter of the law cause I guarantee you he bends it all the time in his capacity as a councilman.

I just watched the video of his field sobriety test. It would be funny if it wasn't so shameful. Either he was drunk or he just can't recite the alphabet.

He probably couldn't recite it if he was sober. Typical politician, hooray for me and f**k you!

Percy, if you shoot all the drunk drivers we won't have any lawyers OR politicians. those are the ones that get off everytime for some technicality. and people wonder why the dui laws aren't any tougher

-Lindenmann is 29
-This is his 3rd DUI (makes you wonder how many times he drove drunk and wasn't caught)
-Continues to drive even though license was taken away
-still does not admit he has a problem
-only since video came out did he write a letter to the local paper (The Herald) that he was sorry

....I could go on but the worst part is now driving around town and having to see his political signs all over town (re-election campaign)- personally I wish he was spending his time on a 12 step program versus running for office again.
