i believe the o man is causing disruptions in S. Amer. That way he can be a conquering hero to prove to the citizens of the US that he had to stop Western ways imfringing on those countries and how wonderful their way of life is. We will be out of arab nations soon and into S America...that is where he wants to fight not against his beloved muslims.
