You can't improve teaching until you hire more teachers and you get the class room size down! B/c how can a teacher go in depth and actually teach the lesson with a classroom size of 30 a suspect all of them the benefit from the lesson! Again a waste of money!

What's there to teach? That we had a filthy nasty past that caused us to be ranked on the bottom of every list and makes us the butt of jokes for every single jerk off in America?
People should be worried about your present and near to medium term future.
Gov. Barbour, love him or hate him, and the legislator last yr cut a TENTH from the state budget due to balanced budget requirement. A Democrat will do the same thing. There just isn't enough money to go around with rapidly raising taxes, which are already too high.
Expect another tenth to be cut in the next year or 2. That means by 2012 your state budget will be a fifth smaller than what it was in 2008.
Not a promising sign.....
