Considering today's high gas and energy prices and imminent carbon caps, shouldn't this plan consider public transit? Otherwise, this will be just another suburban traffic jam. Any editorial that fails to push for transit when examining growth policies is one rooted in the ideas of the 20th century and not one that addresses today's concerns.
