Yea were in for a stinky summer round here. They are so desperate they would agree to let anything in Columbia.I heard several other counties denied the plant in their parks but good ol Columbia will accept them. Way to go Sue~!!!. I get if Sue lived near the park she wouldn't be so quick to approve it.

You can play dumb if you want but they didn't buy 20 acres for a grain processing machine that only needs 1 acre. They bought 20 acres to have room to expand. And from what they have done in other communities Columbia will not be any different. So maybe you are the idiot after all. Sure they didn't come in here saying we are going to put a slaughter plant in the city limits but they didn't buy the extra acres to sit their vacant either. We will see who is a dumb a$$ in the end.

Columbia and the economic development board would take anything they could get and not think of the problems that come with these type companies. That company I heard has lawsuits for pollution issues in other states. They picked Columbia because nobody else would take them. Wonder who pockets they lined to get this deal done. It a shame!!!!

With a reputation like they have why would anyone think this is a suitable company for the industrial park? I agree Columbia needs new jobs but is it supposed to be at the cost of home and land owners? I think they are making a big mistake with this venture and the community will have to pay for it with the sacrifice of air and water quality. I think the citizens of Columbia should boycott this and make their voice heard. I know im going to. To ruin the commerce park to create 17 jobs seems like a very bad idea to me. After getting this mess out their how many other companies will be interested in relocating to the park to have neighbors like that? I would say very few.

Columbia officials don't give a crap about the pollution all they want us their name on the front page of the Adair Progress. When Cobb ruins all the property values on 55 they will all just blame each other. The guy that runs majestic boats was a big player in bringing this shthole company here. I guess cobbs promise all them kickbacks.

I'd say the people of Columbia better do their research because my brother worked for this company in Arkansas and they caused big trouble there.

What a bunch of bull sh*t. Just some wilkersons trying to start trouble. You know if they don't follow the laws the EPA would shut them down. This is one of the reasons we haven't gotten any industry here.

Im a homeowner on 55 and I didn't work all my life to pay for my home for some shady organization to move in beside me and run my property value in the ground. I will be heard on this matter and a lot of my neighbors will be too. The secret is out of the bag.

If they are so great why are their so many lawsuits against them? Search around online about them and it will be easy to see how they operate.

I have worked for them for over 10 years and they wouldn't be making anything from the new company coming. They are not the type of people to start trouble . But they have a lot invested in their business there and I'm sure they have valid concerns if they have concerns at all. They have helped a lot of disabled people in Edmonton and Columbia for years with their services.
