kissassia is just a mean thug & bully ,..
he constantly terrorized the smaller and younger black kids in the small local African American community
no body cared
nothing ever happened
the police didn't do any thing ,..despite many calls
until the night they jumped Dakota ,...
kissfuc should be in jail ,..
not for what he did to Dakota
but for what he has done to all the other people in the county
